In 2004, the first stabilizing additive for crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete based on mineral fiber, Chrysotope, was patented in Russia. In 2013, PC Chrysotope LLC was established on its basis, where the production of an improved additive, Stiobit, began.

Since 2014, an automated line with a capacity of 10,000 tons/year has been operating, and in 2018, a second production facility for 15,000 tons/year was opened in Belgorod.
Today, Chrysotope and Stylobite additives are produced by PC Stilobit LLC.
